You need a medical staff to decrease a tiredness (when it is not less than 9) of your team after played matches (Relax option).

In all official matches, the tiredness (when it is not less than 9) is decreased before start of the match: 1 item of tiredness costs $1 000, but if you dont have your own medical staff in the country where your team plays, then 1 item of tiredness will cost $3 000 (as you need to use the local medical service).

It costs $ 5 000 000 to hire a medical staff.

Maintenance of the medical staff costs $100 000 each month. You can always dismiss your doctors
